Intercoolers
Agility Auto Parts Intercoolers come in many different sizes and styles. Covering a wide range of applications Agility offers plastic aluminum, all-aluminum, heavyduty bar & plate, as well as tube & fin intercooler designs. All our intercoolers are built with superior quality parts to OE specifications. All intercoolers are validated and tested to ensure optimal performance through air-to-air wind tunnel testing.
Intercooler tubes
Intercooler tubes are fitted with internal fins to ensure proper cooling of turbocharged air to increase intake air density while lowering its temperature. Increased air density at lower intake temperatures increases engine efficiency.
Manifolds
Manifolds are cast aluminum that are TIG welded to core headers as well as ribbed, just like the OE, to increase strength durability, and preventing excessive breathing under pressure cycling.
Mounting brackets
Mounting brackets are flanged to increase strength and rigidity for mounting but also include mounting grommets and hardware to make installation easier.
